10's growth initiative off to promising start

The Summer 10's has been organised by Allen York ahead of the start of pre-season training and is initially expected to run for four weeks.

Around twenty players were in attendance, including a mixture of current players from the First, Second and Third teams, along with others who were making a welcome return after a spell away from the sport.

From small acorns, the number of those participating is expected to grow as word gets round, and the hope is that more players will take up the sport and enable the Club to turn out at least three senior teams every Saturday from September to April.

For anyone interested; the Summer 10's are open to all club players, coaches, members and of course any new players are very welcome.
