With less than six weeks to go until most schools break up for the summer holidays, Boots Superintendent Pharmacist Claire Nevinson shares her top three health tips for families hoping to travel this summer.

1. Get vaccinated: "For those going abroad, you may want to access Boots’ Travel Vaccination and Health Advice Service. Travel jabs and antimalarials may be recommended depending on your destination, the activities involved and the general health of the individual. Those travelling abroad should get vaccinations six to eight weeks in advance to help ensure full protection.
