A MAN picked the wrong place and the wrong time to have a wee. The incident happened at a service station in the Flintshire area.

Despite it being busy it is alleged the man urinated in public. This is a bad move at any time but it was particularly foolish as he was stood next to a marked police car.

He was arrested for "outraging public decency" despite protesting he had done nothing wrong.
